Chocolate Biscuit Base | 朱古力餅底


Chocolate biscuit base, a great pie base for cheese cake!




Ingredients | 材料 :
  • Yield : Two 6" (or One 8") base | 兩個6"(或1個8")餅底

(A)
100g  Chocolate biscuit crumb base | 朱古力餅底碎
  40g  Unsalted butter, melted | 無鹽牛油


Steps | 做法 :




  • 牛油放攪拌盆用微波先融化,加入朱古力餅底碎,用橡皮刮刀攪拌至結塊。
  • 裝入模型,混合填平模底,蓋上保鮮紙,放冷凍30分鐘。

  • Melt butter in a mixing bowl, add chocolate biscuit crumb and mix well with a scrapper.
  • Put inside a slightly greased mold, press the mixture firmly and even as the base, wrap in cling film and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
