Banana Pancake | 香蕉班戟

Banana pancake is so simple yet delicious!! Ready in 5 minutes. Great to go with syrup, butter, almond cream, ice-cream and fresh fruits! Wanna try for breakfast and tea break?

Ingredients | 材料 :
  • Yield: 2 servings | 2人份

1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup oats
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/16 teaspoon salt

(B) syrup, butter, almond cream, ice cream, and fruits to serve (optional)

Steps | 做法 :

  1. Blend to combine the peeled banana, egg, oats, baking powder and salt until smooth. Let batter stand for about 15 minutes or until thickened slightly.
  2. Swipe little oil with a kitchen paper and heat up a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, fry spoonfuls of the batter until golden brown on both sides
  3. Serve with syrup, butter, almond cream, ice cream and/or fruits!
