No bake banana cheesecake!
免焗香蕉芝士餅,很棒的甜品 !



Ingredients | 材料 :
  • Yield: One 6" cake (optional)| 1個6"蛋糕 (非必要)

(A) Base | 蛋糕底 :  (optional | 非必要)

(B) Filling | 餡料 :
125g  Cream cheese, room temperature | 奶油乳酪,室溫回溫
  15g  Caster sugar | 細砂糖
200g  Whipping cream | 淡忌廉
 1 pc  Egg yolk | 蛋黃
    8g  Gelatin | 魚膠粉
  60g  Boiling water | 熱滾水
  65g  Milk | 鮮奶
 1 pc  Ripe banana | 熟香蕉


Steps | 做法 :





  1. 1個6"清蛋糕底 (做法),免用蛋糕底也可以。
  2. 用熱水將魚膠粉溶掉備用。
  3. 大攪拌盆中將奶油乳酪打滑。
  4. 在另一中攪拌盆中將糖和蛋黃打起至乳霜狀。
  5. 小窩煮滾牛奶,倒入 (4) 糖和蛋黃,混合後倒回攪拌盆中;加入 (3) 已打滑的奶油乳酪,再仔細地打滑。
  6. 加入 (2)魚膠粉溶液,混合均勻。
  7. 在另一大攪拌盆中將淡忌廉打起,加到(5)內,用橡膠刮刀快速拌勻。
  8. 把麵糊倒入模型,晃動平整表面。
  9. 放入雪櫃冷凍3小時或1晚,取出放香蕉片在蛋糕面。

  2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  3. In a big bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat sugar and egg yolk until creamy.
  5. In a small pot, bring milk to a boil, add in (4) sugar and egg yolk mixture, hand whisk well. Pour it back to the egg yolk mixing bowl, add to (3) blended cream cheese, blend until smooth.
  6. Add (2) gelatin solution, mix well.
  7. In a big bowl, beat whipping cream until it forms soft peak. Add to the batter, scrapper well.
  8. Pour the batter on top of the cake base.
  9. Cool in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. Ornament with banana pieces on top.
