Ingredients | 材料 :

  65g  Cake flour | 低根麵粉
140g  Milk | 鮮奶 (或奶類各半, 即165g鮮奶, 165g忌廉淡奶)
190g  Whipping cream | 忌廉淡奶 (or 165g whipping cream, 165g milk)
  35g caster sugar | 砂糖
  65g  Beaten egg | 雞蛋
 1/8 teaspoon salt | 鹽 1/8 茶匙
 1 teaspoon rum | 蘭娒酒 1茶匙
    6 pcs dates, cut into halves | 棗乾6粒 剪半

3. add beaten egg and scrapper well

4. add milk and whipping cream in portions, mix well

5. add rum, mix well, sieve batter for use

6. place dates on mold

7. pour batter into mold

8. bake in 200C for about 15 minutes or until golden

9. serve hot

10. reheat leftover cakes until hot and with crispy top
  1. Weigh ingredients. Preheat oven to 220C 20 minutes before baking
  2. Sieve flour into a bowl, put in sugar and salt, mix well
  3. Add beaten egg to the flour and stir with a scrapper gently
  4. Pour in milk and whipping cream in portions, mix well
  5. Add rum, mix well, sieve batter for use
  6. Place half portion date on mold
  7. pour in batter
  8. Bake in 200C preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden
  9. Take out, serve hot
  10. Fridge the leftover cake and reheat using a toaster with tray until hot and with little crispy top tastes equally good

  1. 焗爐先以220℃ 預熱20分鐘
  2. 麵粉過篩倒入碗中,放入糖和鹽,拌勻
  3. 加入雞蛋,輕輕攪拌
  4. 分次加入奶拌勻
  5. 再加入朗姆酒,拌勻,麵糊過篩
  6. 模具中放入剪半棗乾
  7. 倒入過篩麵糊
  8. 放入200C預熱焗爐烘烤約15分鐘或至金黃色
  9. 取出,趁熱吃
  10. 吃剩的放雪櫃,吃前用多士爐烘熱至表面轉色同樣好味!
